40APS has secured accommodation for delegates at a conference rate at the symposium venue. The rates published below are only available when booking accommodation as part of your registration. Bookings can be made during the registration process.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions

Should a guest wish to cancel their confirmed booking, the Hotel must be notified 30 days prior to arrival in order to avoid any penalty fee.
Between 30 and 14 days to arrival, should a guest wish to cancel/modify their confirmed booking, 1 night penalty fee applies for every full cancellation; a penalty based on the 50% of the night rate will be charged in case of room nights reduction.
After 14 days up to the arrival date, or in case of No Show, any cancellation and/or reduction in room nights will be classed as cancelled room nights and will incur a charge equal to 100% of the full stay.
