Standard Oral Presentations
Standard Oral Presentations will be allocated 15 minutes presentation time which includes 2 minute for questions and answers to be held at the conclusion of each presentation. If you would like to present an Oral Presentation, please nominate this request when you submit via the Submission Portal.
Presentations which are not accepted for an oral presentation will be considered for a poster presentation.
Rapid Fire + Poster Presentations
Rapid Fire Presentations will be allocated 3 minutes of oral presentation time in the plenary room in addition to participating in the poster session. Those who are submitting a poster abstract are invited to apply for this. You will be contacted with more information if your application is successful. If you would like to be considered for this presentation type please indicate your interest when submitting your abstract.
Poster Presentations
Submissions should relate to the themes and authors should nominate poster when submitting their abstract. Abstracts submitted for oral presentations that have not been accepted may be invited to provide a poster presentation.
The poster session will be announced soon.
Your poster should be in portrait and not exceed AO size (841 x 1188 mm).
Presenters must report with their poster(s) to the Symposium Registration Desk no later than Monday 8 December morning.
Your poster will be mounted on the assigned display panel before the symposium.
You are responsible for the removal and return of your poster. If any posters are left on display panels at the conclusion of the symposium, we will deem them to be waste.
